The Executive Committee shall have the following powers and exercise the following duties:

1. Constitute a quorum for the transaction of business

2. Perform functions as may be delegated to it by the Board.

3. Act in cases of emergency requiring prompt action in all matters relating to affairs of the congregation

4. Act in an advisory capacity on all matters and questions referred to it by the President.
