Dear Friend,

We hope this letter finds you in the best of health. Though we are living through unprecedented times where our regular lives and schedules have been upended, we as a community at Chevra have realized how much community means and how each one of our members is so valued.

For the past several months, instead of gathering at shul as we have been so used to, we have brought Chevra’s spirit and learning into your homes. It has been revelatory during this challenging time how important a role Chevra has and needs to be in all our lives, particularly now.

Chevra Thilim is proud of our many accomplishments and programs that we have provided for our community and our synagogue in this past year. We have been providing services and classes online through zoom and live-stream options. Hebrew School and Youth activities continued online without disruption. We brought Shabbat and Holidays to our community through Shabbat & Holiday packages, and just recently resumed in-person services which we hope to continue to expand, health permitting. All this is possible only with your continued support.

Chevra Thilim has a yearly billing cycle of July 1 through June 30. Membership fees and membership commitment levels are listed on the following page. The cost per member household is certainly higher than the suggested dues, and we ask that you consider increasing your dues or renewing your membership at a higher membership level.

May G‑d grant you and yours good health and much nachas. We are thankful for your continued support and generosity.

Sincerely yours,

Shlomo Zarchi                                                                                                     David Kimel
